CLINIC POLICY
When you schedule your appointment with Aqua Clinic, you are agreeing to the following policies. Should you have any questions about our policies, and how they apply to your situation, please contact us via phone (416) 626-1881) , e-mail info@aquaclinic.ca, or in-person at our clinic’s front desk.
CONSULTATIONS
We are dedicated to helping each client achieve their skin and body goals. In order to do so, our Aqua Clinic offer complimentary consultations to better understand each individual’s skin needs.
SCHEDULING
Appointments are preferred, but not always necessary. If we have available Aqua Clinic, we will be happy to provide you with your desired treatment. However, most procedures are booked 1-2 weeks in advance.
ARRIVAL
Check in with front desk at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. As we are a medical spa, we require that all new clients fill out skin care history information and treatment consent forms.
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals; however, the length of the treatment may have to be adjusted to accommodate the next scheduled reservation. If the scheduled treatment cannot be adjusted based on how late you have arrived, you will be subject to the cancellation policy and charges, as per below.
CANCELLATIONS
Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid a $100 fee for a late canceled appointment. All services re-scheduled or canceled on the same day of appointment or missed without notice will incur a $100 fee.
LATE ARRIVALS
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the other client’s session can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible, however with some treatments it may be necessary to reschedule. If you are 15+ minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “no-show” and charged a $100 fee.
PAYMENT
We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, and MasterCard. We also have custom in-house financing packages available for several of our series of treatments.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are at your discretion and are not included in any service or package.
VALUABLES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and encourage you to leave valuables at home.
All prices are subject to change without notice. All times stated are approximate.
Aqua Clinic reserves the right to refuse services at our discretion.
AGE
All clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive any treatment at the clinic including injectables.
REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES
Our return policy on product purchases is 30 days. The item must be unopened and in its original packaging. Some exclusions may apply.
GIFT CARDS
All gift card, gift certificate, and service purchases are non-refundable. We do not allow the third party sale of our gift cards. Any gift card being sold by any person or business that is not Aqua Clinic will be void.
TREAMENTS/PACKAGES
We are unable to process any returns for purchased packages or prepaid series of treatments. Aqua Clinic will make an effort to exchange the purchased packaged or prepaid series of treatments for an equal value product or other service offered at our location.
